Here we will be adding some answers to the questions we are asked most regularly, if you have a question you would like us to add to the site please email Colin.

Q: Are your products Organic?

A: In a word 'No' - to maintain optimum nutrient balance we have to use inorganic fertilisers which precludes an organic approach.

Q: Are your products Gluten Free?

A: No - the rusk used in our sausage and burger manufacture is derived primarily from wheat and therefore contains Gluten. We are looking at Gluten free solutions though it is likely to be limited to one variety.

Q: Where can we buy your products?

A: Currently at the West Chiltington Farmers Marhet, and plan a number of special appearances at local events. See the 'When we'll be where page', we also welcome telephone orders, please see the 'Contact Us' section. The Rising Sun Public house in Nutbourne will also take orders.

We are also looking to secure additional regular sales event locations.

Q: Why do you need to use Rusk or Breadcrumbs for making sausages?

A: Rusk or breadcrumbs help with moisture and succulence. i.e. so that the sausage doesn’t become too dry.
